How is this different from agency verification?
Agencies self-declare. We process Aadhaar via authorised KYC, run police verification through formal channels, search eCourts, and produce a signed, dated certificate. Independent and auditable.
What if a verified cook commits a crime later?
Verification is as-of-date. We don't insure future conduct. Every certificate carries this disclaimer transparently. We re-verify on demand for ₹299 per refresh.
Is the cook's Aadhaar safe?
Yes. All Aadhaar handling is routed via UIDAI-authorised KYC providers (Digio, Signzy, HyperVerge). We store masked numbers only and follow DPDP Act 2023 in full.
Can I pay only if I'm satisfied?
Basic and Standard tiers are paid upfront. Premium gets a full refund if any verification step fails. We don't charge for failed police clearance.
